The Sol Saver is made of pliable wheat straw. It is a structured hat but not a stiff hat. It will mold to your head shape over time.

The painted Sol Saver is meant to be worn around water. If paint becomes foggy, lay out to dry. Do not mess with the painted areas.
Lay on a flat or domed surface after extended water wear to re-shape if needed.
Store either hanging flat (by the chin cord or brim) or on a flat shelf to preserve your preferred shape.
Monogram paint is coated & sealed with UV + water resistant sealant
Suitable for Outdoor / Summer Activities / Floating in bodies of water for hours
Chin String can be changed if you please due to the metal grommets

FINAL SALE ITEM
Please know that I do not take lightly selling things that can cost around $100 today or any day. I can wholeheartedly say this hat is meant to last and you will get that cost per wear down. You’ll wear it more than you think, likely think you’ve destroyed it but will bounce back, and if it needs some minor TLC, fabric glue does the trick
Must allow for current lead time for item to ship. Items cannot be rushed at this time. This accounts for production time and current work order load at MVHQ.
If for some reason (illness, act of God, general backed up of orders), your order will take longer than specified, you will be contacted and offered a refund if appropriate.
