Here you can add letters/shapes if you need to make a 4 letter monogram or want to spell out a name/word. 2-3 letters are now included with your hat already. You may find yourself thinking, this is one pricey AF hat! And you are partly accurate. I have lowered my shipping costs (at a loss at my expense) but there is a lot of time that goes into these hats. The drying process alone takes 3-4 full days. I solemnly swear that you will love it and enjoy it. It will last you a long time and if you don’t believe, ask my sister in law who tried to drown hers every time she is near a body of water.
