SHIPPING + HANDLING

DOMESTIC ORDERS

All standard custom monogram orders will be shipped within the time frame specified on this website for the product.  At times a bespoke order may be completed and fulfilled before the time frame noted. You will be notified via email once your order is 3 days out from shipping and another email once shipped. If your order contains both custom and non custom items or pre-ordered and in stock items, they will still be shipped together unless you note otherwise. If you would like the "in stock" product shipped separately you must order your items separately.

In stock product orders that do not contain personalization will ship out within 5 business day of ordering.

At this time rush shipping is not a standard option and only offered upon request. In the event that the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock I will contact you with a follow-up email.

Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving shipment notification for package to ship and for the shipper to update the tracking status. I am not liable for damaged items in transit or stolen packages. I do my absolute best to make sure boxes are securely taped and protected. If package arrives damaged please contact me immediately to see if anything can be done. Painted items are FRAGILE. Weather affects these items and I cannot prevent what could happen during shipping. I am not liable for baskets or hats arriving with cracked paint as this is something beyond my control. If this concerns you, please do not purchase. It rarely happens but can occur. 

Customers are urged able to file claims themselves if they would like a refund from the shipper as most items can be salvaged. UPS carries a $100 coverage on items and will mail customers a check in about a month of claims being filed. If Mariella files a claim on your behalf, the damaged item will have to be shipped back and may not be replaced due to inventory levels.

Packages are shipped WITHOUT signature required, therefore will be left on doorstep, porch etc. if item does not fit in mailbox. Please be aware of this, and if you have a concern, please ship to your place of work or alternate address. Mariella Vilar is NOT liable for misplaced packages.

Shipping prices are a flat rate based on weight.

United States Postal Service and UPS Ground
- Ground Advantage or UPS Ground: 1-5 days
- Texas (usually 1 day) | New York (usually 3 days) | California (2-3 days) | Florida (3 Days)

Local Pick-Up
- Frisco, TX : Purchases can now only be picked up at Mariella's home in north Frisco, TX. If you are able to pick-up here please contact for exact address and info. Please select pickup option if it applies to your order.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Mariellavilar.com is not currently shipping internationally due to ongoing tariff changes. If you would like to arrange an international order and assume all responsibilities, please email info@mariellavilar.com to discuss options.
