Hat can fit snuggly but can give over time. It is not a stiff hat. It has some bend and flop.

The Rancher is made of Mexican Palm straw.
The straw is light in color than older versions of the Rancher
Straw may darken over time or after exposure to water
Some straw weaves may have a light green tint. This is natural as it is a raw material.
NO two hats will be the same and each hat will have its own variation in weave- DO NOT order if this is a concern
The Rancher comes with a nylon cord with adjustable tightening chin clasp.

The Rancher is suitable for all activities, however, over exposure to water can wilt the straw.
Over time grommets and grommet area can rust if exposed to water or salt water elements.
Lay hat on a flat surface (this can be a wall or shelf) with the brim folded UP to prolong hat shape.

The straw weave on this hat will vary from hat to hat. No hat is the same and there can be different colored layers of straw. Please do NOT order if this is a concern.
If for some reason, the stated lead time becomes longer due to volume, illnesses, or acts of God, you will be notified and offered a refund.
Please know that I do not take lightly selling things that can cost around $100 today or any day. I can wholeheartedly say my items are meant to last and you will get that cost per wear down. My personal hats are years old. You’ll wear it more than you think, there are brands selling exact items for 3x my prices, you’ll likely think you’ve destroyed it but will bounce back, and if it needs some minor TLC, fabric glue and hot glue do the trick!
