Please note that this is a handmade product and all baskets are unique as weaves and handles vary from basket to basket. All baskets are inspected for any defective flaws before monogramming and shipping.
Each basket has a dip in the "back side" of the basket. That is how the baskets are finished. This is NOT a defect.
The paint should last for many uses and years. If you try to take the paint off, it will come off. Therefore, leave it as be unless you want the paint off. As the basket wears and tears and gets stretched over time, natural peeling IS expected. Please do NOT order if this is a concern.
