Please note that this is a handmade product and all baskets are unique as weaves and handles vary from basket to basket. All baskets are inspected for any defective flaws before monogramming and shipping.
Each basket has a dip in the "back side" of the basket. That is how the baskets are finished. This is NOT a defect.
The paint on the baskets WILL chip. In some states/countries sooner than later. Keep in mind this product is painted in humid South Florida then shipped to you and these factors do impact the paint. This is also inevitable as use of the bag pulls on the straw. If you are unsure about how you feel about the chipping, please do not order as I want you to be 110% satisfied!
